About Us
At Elevated Health Partners, we believe healthcare should feel personal, empowering, and rooted in partnership. Our mission is to help individuals feel confident, supported, and informed in every season of life. Founded by experienced Nurse Practitioners, Elevated Health Partners was created to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and whole-person wellness. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, we take the time to listen, understand your goals, and create individualized plans that support both your immediate needs and long-term health. At Elevated Health Partners, our goal is simple: to elevate your health, your confidence, and your quality of life.

As a mom of four and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I understand how vital it is to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care for women in every season of life. I’m honored to care for women across the lifespan, with a special interest in routine gynecologic care and fertility support—partnering with women as they prioritize their reproductive health, plan for pregnancy, and navigate the changes that come with each stage. I also have a strong interest in metabolic health and weight management, recognizing the important role hormones, nutrition, and lifestyle play in women's health.
I’m a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and bring over 10 years of experience in women’s health to my practice alongside Elevated Health Partners. My approach blends strong clinical expertise with a passion for holistic wellness, integrating fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance to support the whole woman—not just her symptoms.
I believe women deserve compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care. It’s my privilege to walk alongside them—offering education, support, and individualized treatment—so they can step into their best health and feel empowered in their bodies, their families, and the goals that matter most to them.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me busy chasing after my four kids with my husband, catching a sporting event, and making the most of any opportunity to travel and explore new places.

I’m a proud Lincoln native, and my passion for health and wellness has shaped every step of my journey through the medical field. I earned my undergraduate degree in Bio-Psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, went on to nursing school at Methodist, and completed my Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Creighton University. I’m currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing here in Lincoln, where I teach both graduate and undergraduate nursing students.
Cardiology has always held a special place in my heart, and it’s been the foundation of my clinical work for years. More recently, I’ve expanded my practice to include aesthetics, something I believe complements my approach to healthcare. I’m passionate about collaboration across specialties because I believe the best care comes from a comprehensive, preventative approach.
Preventative medicine is where my heart truly lies. I focus on strategies that reduce disease risk and promote long-term health and vitality. I emphasize early intervention, patient education, and lifestyle-centered care as essential tools to help people thrive before illness ever takes hold. I believe in personalized wellness because everyone deserves care that’s tailored to their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Outside of work, my husband Chase and I stay busy with our three active boys Cash, Colt, and Crew. We just welcomed a 4th boy, Crawford, in September! Our life is full of sports, chauffeuring, and cheering on the Huskers. When I’m not on the move, I love reading, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing at the lake.

I’ve always been drawn to healthcare—shaped by my background in athletics, my curiosity about how the body works, and a deep desire to help people feel their best. Playing collegiate softball gave me a real appreciation for the body’s potential when it’s properly supported, which ultimately led me down the path of studying nutrition, nursing, and now integrative medicine.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, then went on to complete my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and currently serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UNMC’s College of Nursing.
My approach to care is holistic and personalized. I believe in focusing on prevention, lifestyle medicine, and digging deep to uncover the root causes of illness. I’m especially passionate about helping women feel seen, heard, and empowered in every stage of life.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Ben, and our daughter, Tatum. Whether I’m staying active, enjoying the outdoors, relaxing with friends, or soaking up family time, I try to stay grounded in the moments that matter most.
“Working with Jenna has truly been life-changing. From our very first visit, she took the time to understand my goals, lifestyle, and challenges instead of offering a one-size-fits-all plan. I felt supported, educated, and encouraged every step of the way. Jenna’s approach to weight loss is realistic, compassionate, and empowering, and for the first time I feel confident that this is something I can maintain long-term. I’m not only seeing results on the scale, but I have more energy, better habits, and a healthier relationship with my body. I’m so grateful for her guidance and support.”
